At Second Shift, we believe great coffee starts with doing good. We source our beans ethically, working with farms that provide fair pay, stable employment, and long term opportunities for the people who grow our coffee. This includes access to consistent work, banking, and family support systems that strengthen their communities.
When you brew a cup, you are not just enjoying high quality coffee. You are supporting a supply chain built on respect, transparency, and care.
Our Mission
Giving back is part of that commitment. We donate 10% of our profits to First Responders Children’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting the children of fallen and injured first responders through education and family assistance.
